REFUND POLICY


At KVYN Limited, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and we strive to
ensure customer satisfaction by offering a seamless return and exchange policy. While
we do not provide refunds, customers may return or exchange items under the
conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Customers may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item does not match the description or specifications provided on our
    website.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags
    attached.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts unless defective.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items returned beyond the stated return period.

3. Return and Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange, customers must follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within [7] days of receiving the item.
  • Provide order details and evidence (such as photos) showing the issue.
  • Our team will review the request and notify the customer of the approval
    or rejection.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back and returned within [7] days of
    approval.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and
    inspected.

4. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is
    defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • A tracking number must be provided for returned items to ensure receipt.

5. Shipping and Handling

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the
    original item unless the return or exchange is due to a defect or error
    on our part.
  • For exchanges or returns resulting from a defect or error, KVYN
    Limited will cover the return shipping fees.

6. Sizing and Measurements

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or
    measurements provided by the customer.
  • KVYN is not responsible for changes in customers’ body measurements
    after the order is placed. Should adjustments be needed, the cost will be
    negotiated.

7. Adjustments and Alterations

  • Minor adjustments to improve fit are complimentary but only for Nigerian
    based customers. International customers will have to cover the cost of
    shipping for alterations to and fro.
  • Significant alterations or design changes will incur additional costs.

8. Returns
a. Return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 3 days of delivery
date.
b. The returned items comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached
and the original packaging included (exclusive of shipping box) and documents
provided with it.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition
you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We do not cover returns postage for returns shipments and are unable to cover customs duties or sales tax.
c. Faulty or Wrong Item Received?
We are sorry if you have received the wrong item or if you think the item is faulty.
Please send a message to support@projectkvyn.com and we will be happy to help.
Kindly quote your order number and attach an image of the item you have received.

If you think your item is faulty or if you have not received the correct item, please
contact us on the same day as delivery. Otherwise, we may not be able to accept your
return.


9. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please return the
unwanted item and place a new order.


10. Final Sales Item
Please note that all Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions include damaged items or order discrepancies based on size, colour, and
style. If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us no later than the
same day as delivery. No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us on the same day
as delivery or failure to deliver the product back to us within 7 days after the product
was delivered. Store credit will be offered for any returned items.


11. Initiating A Return
We gladly accept returns that meet our policy. Please email us
at support@projectkvyn.com with your order number in the subject line to submit your
return request. You are responsible for repackaging and shipping the item on time.
Please note that KVYN is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.


12. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree to have read and understood our policies.


13. Exceptions
KVYN Limited reserves the right to deny refunds in cases where:

  • The product was damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • The refund request is made after the eligible refund period.
